    No Signal

    Hi

    I have just updated my starview 7 box for 6 months (25.00)
    I have installed the lastest softwear and all that.On my tv it says there is no signal .

    I have checked to see if everything is all ok and plugged in and all seems well.
    I have even put the old cable box back there and that works fine.

    I can turn the channels over no problem,but no signal

    Any help would be great

    You may have a knackered star box, another bin job.......

    Come to thinkabout check you may have pressed the radio button on the remote.

    If all else fail we may need more info mate.

    Was the box working before new software installed?

      silly question but are there other places you can plug the coaxial into.as i have seen dozens of posts and the cable was inserted into wrong place at back of box,also what firmware did you use as there was no update to do as far as i know,only another sub .
