A friend just receive what he though was a dream box and asked what needed to be done to get it to show. However when I had a look at it, it wasn't. It's a cable box named TheBox. No sort of info on this box. Googling it brought me here after following the name starview aka the box. I'm here in the C' bean and I'm hoping the files obtain from here will enable my friend & I to view some programming. Any help is much appreciated. thx u

if it just says THE BOX on the front m8 it is a starview 2.
if you look in the red stickys at the top of the page the firmware for it is there ,
if you need to learn how to put the firmware on the box read through these threads.good luck m8.
