    not connected

    Hi everyone got a starview7 paid for 12 months support but now it wont connect to the net.I have tried everthing reset box, reinstalled the software reset router.I have tried another box and that one connects.The one that wont connect is showing all zeros in the network.Please help.

    have you got the correct firmware on box and is there a code you enter to connect to internet? have you rebooted box modem and router for 30 secs then on.

      Yes i have done everything,i think the internet side must be nackered as in the network section all you get is all zeros.I have even tried putting the ip address etc in manually but still wont connect.The only thing that comes up by itself is the user dns,the one at the bottom.

        As it's not getting an IP address, the connection to the Router is the problem, probably the RS232 to LAN adapter - have you tried the adapter off the other box?
