sv4 hd question

    sv4 hd question

    just recently brought the sv4 and on a site when loking where to buy it from said you can only put a max of a 250gb hd on it, is this true as seen some great deals for a larger hd. tyvm

    no u need a 250gb external drive....u can get a passport one for about 60

        read the threadfs m8 ....peeps have had probs with bigger ones ..satsmo reccommends this one passport250 external drive and he really knows his stuff...like i said read back tho the threads theres loads of infro on this subject

            I bought a 250gb WD passport on Satsmo's recommendation. It's great.

            I think you can use a bigger drive as long as it has its own power supply. (The WD draws its power from the USB port.)

              yeh i use a 300gb seagate external with own power supply and works fine
