subtitles on the box usb super

is anyone having problems with getting the subtittles
on this box, everything else is ok but most of the chns dont
seem to have the sub tittle feature or is there some thing in the
box menu that needs setting? i'm asking for a very deaf friend
who needs this to enjoy the viewing and they can only find itv
and a few other chns working ie: chn 5 is one chn that is'nt working any help or advice would be very helpfull thanks

it's good the feature is working even though most chns
for my brother dont seem to have subtittles, i'm sure it
must be a setting problem somewhere the box is only a few
days old and it's a genuine and not a clone model
and if anyone has a clue on this i hope you will post
