lost movie channels

hi can anyone please help. lost all sk* movies today plus nat-geo and some discovery ch, any ideas anyone? also iv never rescanned before do i factory default first befor i auto scan, any help would be appreciated

yes factory reset/default then autoscan your provider.

hi, ok iv tried fac/def and then autoscan, still got the same result, 133 tv channels no sly movies, most discovery ch gone, no ss4. anyone having the same problem in the teesside area

are you scanning from a strong coaxial feed ,starview have been informed and know about problem,could also be a local problem in your area.

im using a splitter to my vm box, is it best if i disconnect the splitter and then rescan

yes always scan from direct feed as any splitters or extension will/may give signal loss.

Lucas factory reset scan your area in qam 256 then on qam 64 then active (1819) wallah!!!

i get sklspots 1,2,3, ,,,ect


on this one i get


qam 256 get MTV ,SKl ONE,,,,,skl movies .ect





on starview 7 on 256 now has all film chans and music plus skl sports 4 all running but u need to rescan to watch others on 64 u cannot keep both on at same time

help plz
its bin like this for about 1 week is there any way ov fix it
how do i scan the to to get all the ch 64 and 256 at the same time so i can get all ch ?
