lost movie channels

the very piont and problem john, cant get both to stay on at same time, i just get NO SIGNAL display on tv
have been told as long as you can get all channels listed, they will eventually come back on, just have to wait

qam 256 get MTV ,SKl ONE,,,,,skl movies .ect





on starview 7 on 256 now has all film chans and music plus skl sports 4 all running but u need to rescan to watch others on 64 u cannot keep both on at same time

help plz
its bin like this for about 1 week is there any way ov fix it

What all you need to do is first scan as usual on qam 64 then do another scan on 256 then rescan again on 64.REMEMBER 1819 TO TURN THE NET ON.After this go to manual scan and the frequancy needs to be changed to 411.0 and change the quam to 256 and scan.when done come out to save then go back in to manual scan and put the frequancy on 419.0 and the quam on 256 come out to save then back in manual scan, change the freq to 427.0 and qam on 256 then scan after finished come out to save,then go back in to manual scan, change the freq to 435.0 and qam to 256 and scan.when finished come out and that should be it.

qam fix

Just got back today and sorted it.First do a factory default then do a auto scan with the qam on 256.When finished do a auto scan on qam 64.After this dont forget to enable the net by pressing 1819.After this you need to go into manual scan and start by changing the freq to 355.0 then the qam to 256 then start after it has finished press ok then exit out all together so it saves.repeat the process on freq 363.0,371.0, 443.0,451.0,459.0,467.0,475.0,483.0,491.0,499.0,57 1.0, 579.0, 587.0,595.0,146.7,154.7,162.7.dont forget to change the qam to 256 on each one.
