As I am not aware of the system, I dont really know much... I am trying to update The box super by gtrom software version 8.04e9.... ihave connected the box by R232 and usb serialcable... i keep getting the same msg again which says flash update failed...Cheers m8

I have tried that...the port setting is ok my connection is null to usb to pc

You may need the drivers for the USB.
