    After paying sub SV7

    Guy,

    Paid for 6 months sub, cool

    but channel 5 is missing and some movies are scrambled...some are fine???

    is this is a known issue, I'm from the BEDS area.

    please advise. done the 1819 on ss1 to no avail.

    all asian are fine, just s.premier.....channel 5 ???

    try a factory reset/default and rescan from main coaxial feed,maybe they have moved or they dont have them working yet,enter pin if needed to enable.

      Channel 5 is FTA and nothing to do with the server, do you have a good enough signal?

      If you look on the MyStarview support site, they have a service status page. Check in there about Sky Prem and Prem +1
