Starview 7 Setup

Hi

i have purchased a starview 7 box. Purchased 6 months support last thursday.

Flashed it with smgo221.ups, done factor default>ok

Scan for Channels
menu >installtion > autosearch > ok
sybol rate "your symbol rate" > search >wait for search to complete > ok >exit >exit

it finds 255 tv channels.

Activate
got to premium channels (ie sly sports 1) press 1819 on the remote

It just keeps coming up login error all the time any ideas?

It is plugged into my router and all shows as connected on the router
