starview 7 help

i have uploaded smgo221.ups to starview 7 pressed s/w upgrade > ok
done factory default
auto searched for channels
but only getting 31 channels

Plz need help thankyou

scan on correct provider and from main feed?did you get all the channels scanned in and just 31 are working?

have a read of the lost channels thread,might help you depending on your area,i recently lost all movies,most back on now,but prem,prem+ and mod still missing,that's server issue though.

ps you have done 1819 to enable?
