what is wrong with my starview the box super

im in telewest area but when i go into nagravision it keeps coming up with ntl and when i change it and scan if i go back onto nagravision it will be back on ntl . ive had my box working on telewest before so i know i need it to be set to scan on telewest
does any one know what is wrong with it. ive got the latest firmware on it

You only go into nagravision and change the provider if you are going to manually input the keys.

Once you come out of nagaravision and go back into it then ntl will be the first one on the list till you scroll to tw, thats just how the box is setup.

If you have put new f/w on it you just wanna auto scan on your provider, you dont need to go into the nagravision to do this, just press menu then auto scan and scroll to your provider.

What starview box have you got?.
Have you gone into the secret menu and pressed the default key and turned the emu(key code) to on. You then need to leave it on a scrambled channel for a minute till it updates

the box super i have done it still wont work i left it 4 about half an hour

dont leave it that long, just go back to menu, default,and try again on sly1.ynwa.
