Welcome to the forum. Take a look at the top of this section, (Red Stickies) for firmware.

You need to know which model you have and wheter its a clone or genuine box. Take a read thorugh a few threads and you should find what you need.

If you get stuck just post back here.

My box was working perfect but has stopped now. Have the keys changed. Are we just waiting for the upgrade?

the keys have changed m8 in some areas wot box do u have and do u have latest auto update on it

Yes keys have changed so if you have not updated your box yet, then now is the time to do so or wait on codes to be updated on the toolbars.
