New starview 4usb all channels have $ sign

Hi folks,
Well I opted for the starview 4 USB have put the 1.07 firmware on found all the channels but most of them have a $ sign next to them and won't work! All channels without $ sign work! Any ideas please?

oh ye goto menu key in 1570 to enter secret menu highlight keycode and change to on

then rescan

If keycode is on as said above, go to Sly Sports and wait for it to update.
