lost channels

hi i have the box super. some channels have moved like instead of sky sports like it say it is the sci fi channel and others have just gone like bbc2 it says updateing but never comes please help me iam lost and confussed.

try menu, 1570, default, then exit to sly1, wait for few mins, if no joy, repeat.ynwa

go menu and then factory reset code is 0000 then do a auto scan on your provider after that dont forget turn your emu back on menu 1570 and turn on set default k*y and exit to sly sports one let update
