Playing converted TS files on The Box Super

Hi All,
I can convert avi files to ts format using OJOsoft converter but when I play the file using the box super via the hardrive, there is no sound and the videoplay is glitchy and intermittent. The converted ts file plays fine on my pc. Does anyone know of any software that could correct the ts incompatibility?
