    The Box

Can anyone help me please - my father has the Box and has been having to enter codes for the last 3 months when it goes down. After it went down last week he can no longer unscramble the channels when entering the latest codes. Can anyone help me with this. He has had the box for about 18 months. Does he need a firmware update? if so where can I download it from and where can I find the instructions required to update the firmware. Many Thanks

      Starview Box 2

Hi again - I tried installing the firmware update and it completed fine however I am still finding the channels scrambled even when attempting to install the codes. Can anyone shed any light on what the problem may be. It scans ok and finds the chanels just wont unscramble them

go to main menu type in 1570 cas system appears scroll down to the bottom switch to on by using the left or right arrow key scroll up to default key code press ok then exit till you get a picture go to a scrambled channel and wait for the update process to complete {0-100%] your channels should all be fine now

Thanks guys. Was having problems with blank screens and loss of BBc channels (no signal). All appears to be back in working order. One other thing though. I have about 8 BBC1's & BBC2's. How do I get rid of the ones I don't require?

go to channel edit and delete them.
