Turn it off and on by the back switch is the best way. Or just a standby reboot should do.

What does the update do? In Ireland the channels are changing to Nagra3 at the moment as in we've lost MUTV, adult channels, some sports etc. and it will progress over the next two-three months then ch0rus then al yewpc then uk everywhere. I don't gather what this update does??

dont think so, have a read around these threads, nagra3 is a hard encryption that is very hard to crack. been on satellite for years, dont know of any snide sly boxes...but lets wait and see...ynwa

can anybody help to retrieve channels for the superbox in ireland, kids channnels not gone yet but setanta, movie channels and now sky sports are gone....

There is no fix for this box as of yet regarding the encryption change in Ireland. Not even a temporary one.

I downloaded this and now I dont have any movie channels or sports channels. Anyone know why?
