have you tried to see if it auto updates...put on s*y sports 1 for a min or two some times boxes auto update if this is not working you will have to wait for codes

That puts the fault out of the equation Have you pressed the default key and exit out to Sly Sports and see if it updates?

surely a little reading of this forum would help, it takes a few mins to d/load latest firmware then no need for codes.

Hi guys,

I am very new to all this so sorry if I come across silly. I got a starview box about 6 months ago and all was working fine until today, I know I need to put new codes in or indeed somone said download software, Im not sure the procedure or the difference between the 2, Can somebody advise on what I need to do.
