we are getting quite a few posts now about boxes not working, these are pertaining to ones bought from Ebay, friends, friends of freinds and other resellers.
The only way to guarantee your box will be working 100% and gaining ongoing support is ONLY buy through the official Starview shop.

Many sellers will have Starview with bundled 6 Months support. Even if they sell them without any server access, it's easy enough to subscribe - even new Starview 6 can be subscribed to the server.
