STARVIEW THEBOX SUPER USB PROBLEM..PLEASE HELP..

JUST OBTAINED STARVIEW S/USB..
FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS FROM SURPLYER.
AUTO INSTALL HAS WORKED. PRESSED MENU 1570 BUT NO RESPONCE.. CHECKED USB, NO DATA STORED. JUST TWO EMPTY FILES IE: CH & CODE. AS IV'E SAID ALL CHANNELS HAVE LOADED INCLUDING RESTRICED. CAN ONLY WATCH FREEVIEW.
PLEASE HELP.....

to check wat firmware is installed on ur box ..goto menu ,,goto system infro ..shud be 1.07

Hi there,
I'd start again from scratch. reload ur USB stick with the firmware, version 1.09 is now avail if you are in Ireland. If not 1.07. After you have done that and dowloaded it to your box, auto scan etc, exit out and then go to menu enter 1570, turn key code on and it should be good to go. Keep looking for help on this forom, I found it really helpful.

got the same problem.have uploaded latest firmaware 1.07 and logo file. nothing doing with 1570 input. help.

m8 theres a good tutorial in the downloads section ...u ll need winrar to open it tho ...u can get winrar from the downloads section too..in the pc part
