Play Movies Through USB??

Can I download movies onto my 4Gb USB stick & plug it into the USB port of my starview 4 box & play them through it?

Not as far as i am aware. the usb is restricted to very limited firmware update. good for laptops but useless for any desktop imho.

It's just that I've put movies on it before & played them, but as you say, they were then played on a laptop.

The answer is no, unless they are in the format suitable to play through the SV4, which is highly unlikely - they're not the kind of files you would generally download from the web.
