Starview 7 - ongoing 'Scramble' issue

I have the latest FW 2.21-UKC, and I have paid the sub fee my box expiry date is 27/10/2012, I scan the channels, all fine then '1819' and channels all appear, watch sports, movies etc without problem however, after 20 minutes or so the picture will freeze and the screen says 'Scramble' even though I am still connected to the internet on my laptop, all I am left with is normal channels until the my Starview 7 connects back to the internet, but then it will happen again and again non stop

    Any help would be appreciated

    Cheers

Is your Starview still connected to the Internet when this happens? It sounds to me like an Ethernet cable/Dongle problem.

silly question but have you powered off box modem and router for 30 secs then on,as that may remove your problem.

starview box is connected with lan cable to router, have you torrents downloading elsewhere?if bandwidth is hogged you will get problems on cable boxes.

the box is connected using an ethernet cable, my router is connected to an ASDL filter.

I dont use torrent or down load anything, just use the internet to check emails facebook etc
