Help Me Please!

Ok, I have the Starview 4 (usb) i set it all up and followed the supplier instructions, ive downloaded the software on the Usb stick fine, but the problem is when i put the firmware on the box, when i select the bin file in the usb section, i get a Warning sign Saying " it is not file of the IRD" does anybody know what this is? i ve tried various bin software, second problem it that i factory resetted the box knowing that might make a difference obviously not now i have lost my channels it scans the channels but nothing happens it says "no new Channels"??? so i now have nothing left on the box
please somebody help me set it all up again
