double channels?

Just got starview 3 - all seems to be ok but missing a few channels - when in channel editor the missing ones are there but with the same channel number. how do i get these to be indepent channels -

does that reset the new firmware it came with - API ver:8.02_e boot ver:8.0 30 nov 2008. or would i need to get re done

can see in the 1570 menu, that emu is on ,what is the default key? it just has kike 4 diamond sign next to it also nagravision seems to be highlighted

just gone into user setup

have - english, 16:9, tv type auto, rgb, time (correct)
modulator is set PAL-G/CH-38, osd and s/w transfer have nothing against them

are these correct?
