lost channel

hi, l have sv7, all channels working fine except i cant get
sky news, just says scrambled, i press 1819, done factory reset and then search but still no joy, been like this for about two months, sort of begining to bug me, anyone got the same problem?. tesside area.

that is way too long for channel to be missing,what is your signal and quality levels.

hi, since my first message about "missing channel" ie, sky-news, i've been checking the channel regularly but still no sky-news, no matter what i do it just says "scrambled", then i checked today and to my suprise, yes you've guessed it, there it was sky-news, unbelievable. the whole things is a mystery to me. cum on ENGLAND
