Starview 4, sound but no pic

I got a new Starview 4 set it all up but can't seem to get a picutre on premium channels although the sound is there. Anyone any ideas??

theres a tutorial in the downloads section...press 1570 on remote and turn on keycode n default to access dollar channels

Keycode is turned on.

I tried it at a mates house 200 yards up the road and it works fine.

I am running the 1.05 firmware I will try with the 1.07 to see if it makes any difference.

Did you install the v1.07 f/w on it, or v1.09 if you are in Ireland??

Running 1.05 at the moment.

I am getting a signal as I have the info at the bottom of the screen when you change channels, the screen is just black and all you get is audio.
