i had todo a factory restore as i was losing channels. now not all the channels are coming back on. tryed 4 times but only getting 1 music channel 8 documetris. 14 sports and loads of others are missing. do i need a new patch for the box or not cheers lee

did you scan from main feed with no splitters ,are they missing from the scan or not working?does your box modem and router need powering off for 30 secs then on,do you need to enter a password to enable?

scan the correct provider? or local issue in the area as box should pull in all the channels if you have a strong signal,having a weak signal you will not get all channels.

all the channels have now gone expet free channels try all symbol rates with no luck auto search same result. do i need new software on the box or is my box broken cheers all lee

done a new scan only picking up. 63600 freq thats it how will i find out if work is be done by virgin in my area cheers all lee

try box at a different location,might you have been cut off by any chance.

Same problem here, my channels went off recently. I done an auto scan and now when I am doing the scan it can only find 30 channels.

do you have a m8 elsewhere you could scan box at,if it scans ok at their place its your signal.

not my work but worked a treat hope it helps people out.starview 7 how to fix lost channels in the warwickshire
Press menu.press right arrow go to installations scroll down to factory defaults do a factory default - then auto search on 64 qam exit at end. now manual search go to mux chan scroll till u get to 635 underneath says nit off scroll it on, - sym rate should say 6887 qam 64 then search,-it may only find 2 chans press ok then search again at the end you press ok then exit itl ask if u want to change antenna press ok then exit then press 1819 to enable all sorted all channels now back together. cheers lee
