hi i have tried to put in the new 1.07 software into my sv 4 usb but it will not load on I am a bit new to this although I had no problem with loading earlier sv boxes,what am I doing wrong??????????????

you need to put the software ,which is a bin file on to a usb stick via your pc or lappy then plug the usb stick into your box then access the menu via your tv and install it .
make sure your box is off when inserting and taking out the usb stick .
