hi all does anyone know what is going on with starviews in the ntl area all channels have gone when rescan 95% signal and 95% quality but no channels any ideas??????

It's not just 1 or 2 it's a whole area but all genuine goods working fine

too high a signal,starview have nothing to do with list of channels you scan for,i would try scanning other uk providers to see if they changed,coaxial is plugged into correct port? and from main feed.

Everything ok 1 min off the next tried every sym rate almost like been blocked from drawing a signal connected ok is it possible for v to change sym rate altogether?

vm could be testing ,but who are we to know what they do.

lost channels

hi, this will fix it for ntl area,,got two boxes working with it,, press menu
go to installions
auto search or 6952 symbol rate
change QAM to 256
search (wait till search is finished)
press ok
press exit twice(saving data)(if you pick up less than 200 channels try a 256 search again without a reset)
