Starview 6 and 7 channel issue weird

Switched on at 8am onto uk living wanted to watch Maury. But although it said uk living it was sky news. It said connected all channels except sports and movies were scrambled or sky news switched off starview 7 put back on it was the same. Tried starview 6 in other room it was the same. Tried my dream box 800 upstairs that was ok so it's def cable but just stumped as it says connected but both starview boxes are doing this please help

So here's what I can watch. All the movies all sports all freeview channels everything else is sky news even thou it says uk gold connected it's still sky news

have you heard of channel movement as they move around,factory reset and rescan from direct feed and enable pin when finished if needed.
