Spider firmware upgrade

Does any one know how to upgrade the starview hd combo plus lan to the spider firmware? I currently have carling on there but wanted to check out the spider firmware, if any one can help that would be great i just dont want to do anything to brick my box so i thought i would ask before hand.

its all in one of the sticky threads at the top of this forum, including instructions in the zip file

once changed to spidey firmware, load in the spidey mar 2012 patch by usb stick

Any idea where i locate the spidey mar 2012 patch?

Also i have updated the firmware but when i look at the system info on the starview combo lan box its still saying carling?

Figured out the firmware issue i was re-flashing with starview software... what a numpty haha..

only outstanding question is where do we locate the march 2012 patch?
