not really a prob as you can overwrite with the old smg2.21

got a feeling the boxing will scramble before kick off tho

hi all, i have just tried the new fw 3.0 and no channels have come back on and says that my sub has expired today, but if i reload the old fw i have no sub expire date, does any1 have a clue of what else i can try?

Updated mine to 3.0 and now box is expired and box number has changed still says not connected put original firmware back on and it's got expiry date original box number back but says not connected so I'm stuck don't know what to do

the new firmware worked on a sv7 , but not on s.v 6 ????

box number should be the same but only showing the last 6 digits!!

I take it subs will need renewing if i'm getting the expired message. if there are any SV team out there can you pm me with what i need to do please

6 and 7 usually the same firmware,it does seem by many posters as they lose a months tv viewing maybe that is how you pay for the new update.
use google as pm will not allow name starview and support

yes i think u right its been a funny few hours with numbers.

if you shine the light of your screen on you mobile through the vent on the top of your box you can see your box number!!

I flashed with new firmware and box has not come back on. Says todays date. To the earlier post about August being replaced with July, Well it is July, so if your box is sayin not connected like mine, then its not updated at the server yet?
Give it time, if it does not come back on by Monday then I'm gonna email the sv team as I just renewed two weeks ago!
