hi all if you boxes are coming on what provider are you on? i think its only virmin media which is not connecting, as a friends i have done is l,orange and came on let me know people! thanks

not worked on mine my provider is vermin media but worked on a friends he,s on l,orange, but yes does work!

hi, just this min updated my fw on vm and has come straight on, you do need the new fw 3.0, everything is back on as it should be.

after all finally my sw7 on vm with view 3.0 connected and is now confirmed working fine, also upgraded sw6 with 3.0 which worked as well. thanks to everyone for contributing specially Nicole 123 & cactikid. cheers

My box also says not connected I dont know why but just keeps saying it!

Ive rescanned, rebooted, restarted, re re re but no good.

I will try and do the update!

I always switched off everything at the main before i go bed (bad/good habit, i hate standby). Does the affect the box at all?
