STARVIEW 4 THE BOX SUPER USB . . . . HELP NEEDED!!!

hi
i know this is a silly question but ive downloaded the latest v1.12 firmware for the box super but how on earth do i get it from my pc to me box ?
please help noob with only 5 channels

You need a blank USb stick.

Download v1.12 to your USB stick then put into usb slot on the box.
Make sure box is switched off. switch box back on
Go to menu / usb . Highlight the file then press ok
Once you have flashed the new firmware go into the menu and do a factory reset(default).
Rescan the box choosing your local cable provider.(N*L etc) (Choose english-autoscan)
Once the channels have saved, exit out 3 times.
Press menu and then 1570 you will go into another secret menu.
Highlight the default key and press ok.
Then scroll down to the emu (key code)and turn it on.
Exit out and put your box onto a S*y sp1
Wait for it to update. This may take a while.
You should be now all up and running.
Go into menu and change your user settings. Ie 16.9 or 4.3 etc

thanks for your help
but it seems i must have the wrong kind of box as i dont have a usb slot on it
i have looked for a model number and it just says
the box super
i dont know what i need for it
any help greatly appreciated
