try a factory reset first then power off at rear for a min,then on autoscan from direct feed on coaxial with lan removed,when channels scanned in insert lan and go to a sly channel and enter your pin code to enable

I'M Starting to think along your way? Have double checked everthing.Lan Cable even the rs232 Connecting Hub. Can you send me your Firmware or provide me with a link I sure if i can get the correct firmware my problem would be solved.

all 0000 is a non connection issue
what pin number are you using to enable
1819 is the pin.are you using an adapter for your lan?

Problems With Starview 7???

Everthing works bar the Internet connection
It went off the air 3 days ago all it says is not connected:
I still think it something to do with the firmware.
Went off last week and i got a email with the Firmware 3.00 UPPS attached: Was ok for a week then "NOT CONNECTED"
Anyone eles getting this problem? Can you tell me when you go into your IP address is it showing ZEROs : Obvously if there no Network connection

are you using the sv adapter and what pincode are you using to enable.

Enable code 1819 It worked fine last week? I've seen plenty who seem to have the same problem.
Might ask if i pay again although it only due OCT will they put me on?

Yes same here been on for a few days and then back to square one. Says not connected.

curious to know with people that had the not connected had all zeros also,and if they paid again got their box working,i would have said its a non lan connection,did you try your mates one with your adapter or his adapter,they break easily and with that you will get all 00000000
yes aware of many having to pay again to get connected.

its a sv 7 model,that sucks a faulty box,wonder any chance of a loose connection inside box that can knock out lan?cant say we did not try to get it too work.
