Ergh NO ! You run the risk of bricking your sv 4 if you put the wrong firmware on it, at the top of the page there is a sticky, download the sv4 1.7 firmware, use winrar to extract the bin file, place it on a memory stick, put it in your sv4, go to menu-usb locate the 1.7 file and press ok.
