HDD Recording on Euroview HD

Hi Guys

I have hooked up my 400GB hard drive to my box but it only records the free to air channels its formated to fat 32 if i try and rec sly sports 1 for e.g. it records but when i go to play it all i get is a blank screen wonder if you guys could be of assistance

its a new box only out so wont have much info out there for it,maybe ask question on their place,you may only able to rec same tp as you watch.

i dont mind recording what i watch just find it strange that it only records on fta
