Its the beginning of the end for the SV ,their latest firmware was set up to knock a certain amount of users of the server.....I stated the obvious and the great Kiddy banned me.

Gonna be lots of unhappy people....

@cactuskid.....I read hundreds of posts saying don't do it,unfortunately I did it

Apparently Problem is only affecting some old boxes with old chips just after they're latest update and because I refused to swallow the old wives tail,Instant ban

Any advice on where I should be investing in the near future?

Both my boxes went down one after another BUT...
I was watching for two weeks on the new firmware and my boxes were fine until I unplugged one, it wouldn't come on again. I didn't realise why and unplugged the other box to try in my room in case leads were problem etc. Now both boxes are fried!

Please be warned, if your box serial number starts with 101 or 102 ( white label on rear) and is working on firmware 3.0, DO NOT UNPLUG IT, cos it may not come on again.

Can anyone confirm if their boxes only failed after they disturbed the power or rebooted them? It would be interesting to know and would help others etc.
