Firmware update issue

I've updated to the latest firmware and lost a month sub which has made my box expired. How can I re sub as I now have a 6 digit box number? To re sub they need the old long number from before how do I do it now? Thank you

If you have paid b4 m8 they will have your details and info if they havent then they aint worth a rub anyway...............

av a look at barcode number on bac of your box if number starts with 101 or 102 dow bother paying sub box will onley last to weeks starview av bricked old boxies with the new fw so they can get the new boxies on server thay av conned a lot of peaple

My starview 7 barcode is 107
My starview 6 barcode is 101

What do I do with starview 6 box

101 is listed,think someone else had 104,now the guessing begins,go for a month and if it dies it dies,go for 12 and it dies you will be well pissed off,all we can do is advise,go move to sat even?
