Starview 7 (Subtitles Keep Popping Up)

Hi,

It must be my age got a new BOX set it up all OK: My wife who is unfortunately very ill at the moment is at present bed bound. I turned of the sound and started the subtitles on No 15 of the remote control the red button to give her peace and quiet.

Now if I change stations via the box the subtitles keep popping up? Not all the time but is nerveless very annoying. What do I do to stop this happening?

maybe pressing same button,somewhere on remote,dont have a sv remote

Just my Luck? have tried preesing different buttons but it is still happening
