sv 3 losing channels

hello guys bit by bit i am losing channels discovery and some others.can somebody please tell me what the problem may be .. i thank you all for your help and support.

try menu, default, mke sure emu ison then exit to slyspts1.. then wait for download to complete. if no joy, try again..ynwa

if channel frequencies change u lose that channel,try a factory reset 0000 to delete power off at back,remove any splitters or extensions,on ,autoscan ur provider,and emu to on and exit out.
