Starview 7 Problem

i have a starview 7 with the new firmware. it worked no problem the other day.
but i have given it to a family member.
i used a splitter on my v**** box (white box on bed room wall) which feeds the hub.
so i have a cable goin to the hub from splitter & another to the box.
ethernet also in the hub.
i get all the Epg channels showing
ip is on auto which finds the ip no problem.
but it stills says not connected.
done the 1819 thing (enabled)
there must be something im missing because i know the box works and the internet works.
any ideas im so close

i have the same problem, it was working at 14:30 today..then all of a sudden this happened, i havent moved the box

Mine too working fine this morning when ~~~~ all is on. soon as i want to watch something other than saturday prime time blurt it goes pear shaped, does anyone know if its another firmware update required or is the server down for so called repairs/upgrade again?

mine too worked this morn, now nowt and saying not connected...... rescan ect nowt...???????? and cant get onto the starview page, log in and it stays on the login page......

next thing they will say we have a problem in connecting your box,you will need to resub again and when you do its time to buy another box,plenty of starview threads to read folks.

yes loads of boxes down, website forum off , no message on home page

The mayan calender says the world will end in december 2012.....I believe the Starview calender may end sooner...


Would the last person with a working starview please turn out the light upon exit from starview forum.
