Starview not accepting key

Hi Guys,

This is my first post. Apologies if this has been asked before but i did try searching and couldnt find the answer. I am having problem with my Starview not accepting key code. I enter the code and save it but then when i exit out and go back to check the code, its still the old one and not the new one i entered and saved.

Why don't you download the lates firmware and then you don't need the keys entering?
