    I need some serious help guys of Kaos land...

    Hiya guys,

    Okay so i have a good few questions...so please bear with me. (using the Starview Super USB and its on software Ver 1.09)

    1. okay first i have the SV Super USB so does this make it the starview 1,2,3 or 4?

    2. i am unable to sort or move the channels in my the option is there but are both unselectable. Why is this?

    3. i was gettin sky box office etc up untill a few days ago why has this all of a sudden just up and left now i only get a blank screen.

    please help me guys...seriously will love ya 4 ever..

      1. starview 4 2. why move the channels unlike the otherv starviews they are in the best order already. 3. you only get sky box when there is a ppv fight on and then it stays on 4 afew days after but if ur in ireland it might have been moved to the new encryption software N3 which has yet to be broken

          Hi, its a star view 4(usb), i believe the sly box office is on the ppv events 2 channel, its usually the same film all week and maybe it was between showings when you tried it. Not sure why you cant edit your channel list but people on here are tops and im sure will explain it. Hope this helps

              It just is.

              I found it easiest to sort channels in to favourtires - i.e. ENTERTAINEMENT, SPORTS, MOVIES, MUSIC, NEWS & DOCS.

              You can also skip channels (I have about 10 BBC1's all the ITV regions etc, so you can set skip on the ones you don't watch).

                  plz help ,

                  Have just received the starview 4 usb but have no idea how to get hold of the relevant software...and then how do I put it onto the machine .

                  Please can someone out in KAOS land help.

                      Welcome to the site.
                      Have a look at the red sticky threads at the top of the starview page for the firmware.
                      Then go to the download section for the instructions.
