Bin file not uploading

i get as far as dloding the v1.09 bin but the box is reading it sez not rite typoe of file

help doing my head in

I presume you are in Ireland.

if your not in ireland m8 you should be using version 1.07.
version 1.09 is for ireland

tried that as well , still get is not the rite type of file. Formated stcik to fat32 dload file and then add to stick cnt load to sv4.; Must be doing somat wrong sunwhere ...help

did you unzip the file m8 before you put it on the stick.

all i got is the typical windows file ext window and this time took it form DK and got an explorere tyoe file . jeez
