BIG PROB PLZ HELP

the channels have just gone.

when i go sky sports 1 it just has a black screen.

can someone help.

my friend said the signal gone.

Have you tried to reset and then re-scan. Then make sure you turn Emu on (press 1570 in menu) and then press ok on default K*y. Then go to Sly spots 1 and let it upd8. Should work.

i kno it s sounds simple but check all cables are in first.....or pehaps try ur supplied virgin box to see if u recievin a live feed ...if feed is ok try a rescan

i got starview 3 using EX C&W using 8.04

when i go on sky sports it just goes black no message.

also when i re scan it says failed.

What other channels are you getting. Are you getting any of the sly channels.
Have you checked your cable feed as like bigfella suggested.

The main Cable (cable) that goes into the back of the sv3 box.
Are you getting any other sly channels?

i cant get to the channels becuase i flashed my box and i need to scan for channels but when scaning it says failed thats the prob.

my friend said its the box. is he right?

I would reflash the box. Sometimes you can get a bad flash

when you reflashed your box did it flash correctly?
you should get fta channels b4 you scan if i,m not mistaken(stand to be corrected)
if unsure about signal, plug cable into tv first ,you will get a few channels. cheers, ynwa

if it is the box it will say so on the front then it would be sv 2
