    missing channels

    Having set up the box i have quite a few channels missing , not least BBC1,BBC2, ITV 1, C4 and 5, to name a few. Can anyone help?
    Also the option to sort channels doesnt highlight.
    Please advise.

      wot box do u have m8 and has it latest firmware on it
      we are all learning each day

          Its a Starview 4 unfortunately JoK. Is that right it cant be sorted?

              Its a 4 mate and the firmwear is from March 22nd

                  do a factory reset m8 then set default and keycode to on then rescan for channels then leave on sly sports 1 to update.
