STARVIEW TAKING THE F IN PISS OUT OF US

I have been putting boxes on for these losers now for around 3 years and all i can say is that they are a waste of human breath. These are some of the things they have done recently.

I put a box number through but with one digit wrong and they said they couldn't change this for me so i had to explain to the customer and they had to pay again, so they paid the subs again and 2 weeks later they had a knackered box which the *****s at star view hadnt told us that they were going to take from their servers and knacker the box up with the red and green led being on all the time and wont turn on. If they would have kindly said we are taking that box off our servers so please purchase a new box i would have done that instead for the customer.

Recently i have put possibly around 5 boxes on a 12 month subscription and they all have had around 3 months and now they say they are blocked !!!
Another one the other day paid and is still awaiting his subs to go live !.

All in all a pretty shoddy service by some dodgy good for nothing shit houses.
We all know we are getting it at a very good price but we dont expect getting ripped off by them.
If anyone else has any news please let me know because i would like to give the tossers a piece of my mind but they are mr f in elusives !!!!!

As far as im concerned i wouldnt trust them ever again they have shit their hole completely full with me.

I have a starview hd combo myself and i only had that for around 4 months before these *****s took over and stop supporting it.

I hope the police come and stick you all in Jail you rip off merchants go and rot in hell

i got 2 years out my box no complaints there. but they could have saved me hassle of renewing subs when switched off sent 6 mails to sv team no reply contact pay pal money back in account same day looks like they know there something dodgy.

Just do some searches and it will all become clear, I had starviews for 5 years and made the change to sat after they bricked my box. What you will find is that there is plenty of box choices, loads of server choices and basically just a whole lot better set up.

I went with a cheap skybox f3, cheaper than a starview 7 and give me HD as well. Had it all up and running about 15 minutes after it arrived in the post as there was nothing that difficult about setting it up once i had had a good read up on it beforehand.

Its not the best box in the world but in my opinion knocks spots off a starview, others will say there is a lot better boxes out there but if you want cheap and easy its a great box to go for.

Im about to get a second box, going to go for something a bit better this time so will just look around this forum getting the info i need before deciding which one.

i carnt see stv ever coming back on, i changed to sat side better boxes & more channels, cable servers taking a hammering,

my Starview still on here in the northeast. it did go off for 2 or 3 weeks but back on now and mine said blocked aswell

one of the few to come back,as not every bodies boxes are fixed hence the moans.
