why does my box keep on resetting its self to january 1st and the time changes to 12.00 .i also cannot get any channels


has anyone else had this problem

i have flshed the latest software onto it. the box come back on last night for 5 mins and then reset itself

have done a factory reset but now most of my chanels come up as 3000
